An existing 13,000 square foot cherry processing plant on Old Mission Peninsula, was renovated to house winery production, bottling, warehousing and distillery. An adjacent tasting room with circular serving area and sales counter defined the entrance to the facility. Adjacent administrative and barrier free toilet rooms completed the renovation project. Interior metal stud partitions were finished with fiberglass reinforced panel system for durability and cleanability. A completely new mechanical, plumbing, electrical and humidifier system was included in the renovation as well.
