Renovation of 42,000 sq. ft. into student computer labs and classroom spaces in Traverse City, Michigan. Project included renovation of staff offices & work areas, new orientation & organization of book stacks & periodical storage spaces, and relocation of Tutoring and Media Technologies departments. Traverse Architectural Group designed numerous built-in casework pieces, and selected systems furniture and finishes to support the primary function of each space. Working closely with Osterlin Library staff and Haworth commercial office representatives, TAG designed new layouts of the book stack area, student interaction spaces, staff offices and computer workstation spaces within the facility. Complete mechanical & electrical renovation occurred as well.
