Northern Michigan College - Mechanical Building
Traverse City, Michigan
Project consisted of the redistribution of underground heating and cooling distribution network to a new remote facility in Traverse City, Michigan. The architecture of the new mechanical structure needed to be in keeping with the 1960’s heavy timber Fine Arts Facility. Pedestrian access was maintained and complemented with this remote facility design. Construction completed 2004.
