The 3,400 s.f. single family residential design is part of the Stoneridge Lakeviews Development in Beulah, Michigan. The residence is designed as an open floor plan for living , dining, and kitchen functions, to take advantage of views of Crystal and Platt Lake. A main level bedroom, bath, and laundry facility is adjacent to a two car garage. The low profile roof is designed not to impede views of the townhomes and cottages in the center of the development. A loft space with sleeping and bath functions is designed into the roof form. The lower level walkout houses a second bedroom, recreation and exercise space with entrance mud room. A wrap around deck and terrace takes advantage of the views as well.
Future projects in the development will be a series of cottages along an outdoor pool area, and townhome cottages providing residences with panoramic views of Crystal Lake, Platt Lake, and Lake Michigan. Commercial development of an eleven acre vineyard and winery facility is included as well.
